Prof. E. P. Saman Chandana\/ The Deputy Vice Chancellor, Faculty Deans, Department Heads, and academics, as well as Registrar, Bursar, and non-academic staff. All of the Library academic and non-academic staff also participated at the event.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"has_eae_slider elementor-section elementor-top-section elementor-element elementor-element-edae96c elementor-section-boxed elementor-section-height-default elementor-section-height-default\" data-id=\"edae96c\" data-element_type=\"section\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-container elementor-column-gap-default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"has_eae_slider elementor-column elementor-col-100 elementor-top-column elementor-element elementor-element-ee481c1\" data-id=\"ee481c1\" data-element_type=\"column\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-wrap elementor-element-populated\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-2dd0f65 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"2dd0f65\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Mr. Nimal Hettiarachchi graduated from University of Ruhuna with a B.Sc. degree with first-class honors in Mathematics and Mr. Nimal Hettiarachchi joined to University of Ruhuna on 13\/05\/1991 as a Temporary instructor and later he joined the Library at the University of Ruhuna on 11\/03\/1996 as an Assistant Librarian. On completion of a MSSc in Library and Information Science University of Kelaniya, he was promoted to the Senior Assistant Librarian Grade II on 01 November 2001 and Senior Assistant Librarian Grade I on 16 August 2005. Then he was promoted to Deputy Librarian on 21\/04\/2021 and he has served as the Acting Librarian from 22\/10\/2019 to 21\/11\/2021.
