1. Monitoring the overall quality of the library activities.
2. Documentation of the various programs/activities leading to quality improvement within the Library.
3. Arrangements to obtain feedback responses from students and the staff
4. To promote a quality assurance culture within the university library system.
5. To ensure good practices for quality assurance within the library with an enhanced governance and management.
6. To serve as an implementing arm of the management in monitoring and evaluating development activities within the Library.
7. The IQAC of the library should provide, promotes, maintains and evaluates a range of quality services that support the university’s mission, goals and objectives.
8. New policies should prepare in order to increase the quality of the services and the products of the library.
1. Liaise with the Director, Center for Quality Assurance (CQA), of the University to coordinate university level Quality Assurance (QA) activities.
2. Organize Library QA meetings/ awareness programs.
3. Collect the evidence documents to the Institutional review process of the University
4. Report the activities of the IQAC to the CQA regularly.
5. To coordinate the documentation of the various programs/activities leading to quality improvement
6. To coordinate the quality-related activities of the institution
7. Preparation of the Annual Quality Assurance Report to present to CQA annual sessions
8. To coordinate the timely and efficient reporting of the decisions of IQAC committee
