Mrs. H.P.K. Satharasinghe is currently working as the Senior Staff Assistant (Library Services) at the Library, Faculty of Engineering, University of Ruhuna. She started her career as a Library Assistant Grade. III in University of Moratuwa. In 2004, she joined the University of Ruhuna as a Library Assistant Grade. II attached to the Engineering Faculty Library.

• Passed Final Examination in Library & Information Science conducted by Sri Lanka Library Association, 1999/2000 and received Block Memorial award for best performance for the Intermediate Examination 1996/97.
