E-Databases
There are four kind of E Databases, you can refer through Library, University of Ruhuna. They are Emerald Insight, JSTOR, Wiley Online Library and Oxford University Press.
You can access to Emerald Insight, JSTOR and Oxford University Press by using either on campus or off campus facility. If you want to use off campus facility, you need to acquire the relevant IP Number from the university library administration.
Emerald Insight is a comprehensive collection of peer reviewed management journals providing full text access to 150 journals and reviews from 300 management journals.
JSTOR is a digital library, containing digitized back issues of academic journals, encompasses books and other primary sources as well as current issues of journals in the humanities and social sciences.
Wiley Online Library is a collection of online resources covering life, health, and physical sciences as well as social science and the humanities.
Oxford Medicine Online is a digital platform hosting Oxford University Press’ prestigious medical titles. This resource brings together authoritative texts by world-renowned authors available online for the first time.
University of Ruhuna has received an authorized trial access for 2000+ journals of various subject disciplines in ScienceDirect.
Trial access available from 31st July – 31st December 2023
