Ms. Ranasinghe Kankanamge Shyama Dilani Janaki joined the University of Ruhuna in 2021 as a Library Information Assistant (Grade III) attached to the Main Library. She worked as the Library Information Assistant at the Main library from 2021 and performed relevant duties during this period. She was transferred the Technology Faculty Library in 2021. Currently, she is working in the Technology Faculty Library as a Library Information Assistant (Grade III).

• Joining the 10-day practical training organized by Main Library, University of Ruhuna related to Sri Lanka Library Association Diploma Course in 2022.

• Have participated in a Workshop on introduce the KOHA Management System conducted by the Main Library, University of Ruhuna, Sri Lanka in 2022.

• Have participated in a Workshop on Information Retrieval Techniques from Scholarly Databases Subscribed by the University of Ruhuna conducted by the Main Library, University of Ruhuna, Sri Lanka in 2023.
