Mr. KTS Pushpakaumra was appointed as an Assistant Librarian of University of Ruhuna, Sri Lanka in 2000 and he was serving at Main Library from 2000 to 2009.Now, he is working as the Senior Assistant Librarian of Faculty of Medicine, University of Ruhuna. He has entered to this university in 1995 and followed the Bachelor of Since Degree programme and he was awarded a B.Sc degree with a First Class(Honours Pass).He has also completed his post graduate degree in Library and Information Science form the University of Colombo, Sri Lanka. He is very interested in teaching Information Literacy for undergraduate and post graduate students. Now he is also giving his service as a visiting lecturer.
