Mrs. Sureka Lakmali became a part of the University of Ruhuna Library on 12^th December 2018, assuming the role of Library Attendant (Grade II). Prior to joining the University of Ruhuna Library, she accumulated a year of valuable experience as an Internal Audit Officer at Sanasa Bank, Pitawalgamuwa. Additionally, she possesses six months of working experience as an English Language Resource Person at the Cultural Centre in Thihagoda.

Currently, Mrs. Lakmali is working in the Reference and Permanent Reference Divisions of the Main Library at the University of Ruhuna.
