Ms. Sakunthala Senevirathna, Senior Assistant Librarian of the University of Ruhuna, participated as a resource person at a guest lecture organized by the Department of Pali and Buddhist Studies, University of Ruhuna on 17 June 2026.
The lecture, titled “Library E-Resources,” was conducted for undergraduate students pursuing Buddhist Studies. The session introduced participants to a range of electronic information resources, including e-books, e-journals, online databases, digital repositories, and other scholarly resources available through the university library. Students were also guided on effective search techniques and the efficient use of electronic resources to support their academic studies and research.
The lecture provided students with practical knowledge and skills to enhance their information literacy and promote the effective use of library e-resources for learning and research.
