The Library of the University of Ruhuna is conducting workshops, training programs and awareness programs to enhance the information literacy skills of teacher librarians, library science students and different target populations in the Southern province. Most Senior Assistant Librarian Mrs. Sandaya Gammanpila is observing this program.

Senior Assistant Librarians, Assistant Librarians of University of Ruhuna are providing their service by conducting lectures and working as consultants of the library students of LILIS, SLLA and Department of Library and Information Science, University of Kelaniya.
