Introduction

The Faculty of Technology Library Committee (FOTLC) is to be a channel of communication between the faculty administration and the library staff.  The committee is expected to advise and consult on the library programs, budget priorities, information services and policies of the library. It makes recommendations to the faculty in areas of improving the access facilities to information, creating a learning environment and encouraging the faculty community for independent & lifelong learning.
